So many doubts before a holiday with the children! Questions and curiosities, that we will always be happy to reply to, so that you can set off without any worries.

We have listed a few of the most frequent questions asked by families, as well as a series of information that might be useful to you before you get into your drive to reach us! For everything else… let’s talk!

Is a Covid-19 Vaccine Passport (Green Pass) needed in order to stay at the hotel?

Dear mum and dad, starting from 6 August 2021 it is necessary to show the green pass/covid-19 vaccine passport to enter the hotel. We are sure you will understand this choice: we want to guarantee maximum safety for all our guests and our staff. In addition, since the hotel spa and swimming pools are free to use, we prefer to ask all guests for this certificate in advance.

Children and youngsters up to the age of 12 are exempt.

Is there a swimming pool at the hotel? How is it sanitised?

One swimming pool didn’t seem enough to us and therefore we have 3 of them, complete with water slides, counter-current swimming and submerged loungers. An area of 900 m2 with a sanitising system without chlorine or chemical products, that uses the antiseptic properties of salt, in order to respect the skin and the environment.

From what age can children access the Baby and Mini Club?

The Baby Club is for toddlers aged from 1 to 3 years and it is open from Monday to Saturday at the following times: 9 am – 2:30 pm; 4 pm – 6 pm

The Mini Club is for children aged 4 years and over and it is active from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 10 pm and Sunday from 1 pm.

Is there any assistance for children’s meals?

Yes, every evening at dinner children can eat with the entertainment staff, in the dedicated little dining room. As lunch is optional, you can request assistance for a fee.

What will I find in the room and in the dining room for my children?

We provide a complete kit, so that you can travel light! In the room: changing table, potty, adapters, safety rails, steriliser, bottle warmer, night lights, travel cots. In the dining room: cutlery, place mats, child seats, high chairs.

Do you organise guided activities for families?

Of course, both in summer and in winter, from Monday to Saturday. Guided walks of varying difficulty, on paths that can be easily covered even in a stroller, MTB excursions and “mixed” experiences, in which we combine trekking and cycling tourism for the more athletic. But don’t worry, everyone can participate in our outings, because we start and finish together, following two different paths. The activities are included in the price; tickets, transportation, lunches and anything not expressly included are to be paid for separately.

What should I do if I don’t have a trekking stroller and a child-carrier backpack?

You can hire them from us. Strollers must be booked and hired on a weekly basis; the backpacks can also be hired for a single day.

How far away are the ski lifts?

Just 300 m… you don’t even need to move your car to get to them! If you don’t want to walk, you can take the convenient free shuttle bus that passes right in front of the hotel.

Are there any special agreements/discounts with ski schools?

Yes, as our guests, you are eligible for a 10% discount at the Andalo ski school. As for the equipment, you can hire it from Sportlifee, our trusted partner.

Will I find bikes and helmets at the hotel?

Of course. We provide city bikes and tandems free of charge with child seat, helmet and cart. We also have children’s bicycles.

You can also hire electric bikes and MTB for your excursions.

Is the wellness centre open to everyone?

The swimming pool area is available to all guests. Access to the Spa is reserved for adults only, but it is possible to book our Private Spa for family groups of up to 5 people. As well as treatments for mum and dad, we also offer massages for children.

What services are available in the room?

As well as the complete baby kit, there is also free Wi-Fi, Sky Hotel channels with cinema and football, a welcome gift and a hairdryer. For your family trips we have large family rooms, consisting of two rooms combined.
